Aromatherapy Hand & Arm

Aromatherapy is a holistic massage using essential oils. This therapy combines the power of touch and the sense of smell. The highly potent essential oils penetrate the body via the skin and are also inhaled as the massage progresses. This treatment incorporates use of acupressure points to loosen muscles tightened by overuse and increase joint mobility.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a treatment which is carried out on the foot or hands. Pressure points are stimulated to promote healing of the whole body. It is a very relaxing treatment and may be carried out whilst the person is seated or on a treatment table. Reflexology is a therapeutic treatment and can target specific reflex points particularly relevant to the workplace.

Reiki

Reiki is a form of natural healing which is carried out over the clothes and is a touch healing system. It is a relaxing treatment that promotes balance and healing in the body. Reiki may be carried out on a chair or on a treatment table. Reiki is carried out over the clothes.

Metamorphic Technique

This is a simple approach to self healing. It is a treatment using a light touch on the spinal reflexes in the feet hands and head. Metamorphic removes energy blocks and is suitable for anyone who wants to make changes that will enhance quality of life

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Technique is an efficient therapy offering solutions to stress related problems. Employees are shown how to administer this simple treatment themselves depending on their own individual situation or circumstance. This painless, gentle technique effectively deals with any psychological or physiological problem and shows concrete results within a short time.

Auricular Acupuncture

Auricular acupuncture treats the whole person, body, mind, emotions and spirit. Auricular Acupuncture helps headaches, body aches, sleep disturbances, anxiety, depression, decreases anger and reduces cravings for alcohol and other drugs. The treatment involves having 5 acupuncture needles inserted in to your ear which are then left there for 20 minutes.All treatments are in accordance with protocol of the specialized National Acupuncture Detoxification Association

Yoga Based Exercise

A group based session involving simple stretching and breathing exercises specially designed to calm the body and mind. Exercises are suitable for all individuals and do not have a minimum level of fitness. Each programme can be tailored to suit postural issues within the work place. A home exercise programme is available to the Company to supply to each individual

Relaxation Techniques

Specially designed with a variety of workplaces in mind, these sessions would be suitable for all employees from factory floor to management offices. Simple techniques for each individual to use on an ongoing basis to reduce stress and anxiety. These include mediation, colour breathing and visualisations

Health Programmes

This is a 5 module programme of 1 hour practical workshops to be delivered over 5 weeks incorporating the following:-Nutrition – identifies good eating habits and super foods to gain maximum energy and wellbeing.Drug Awareness – an introduction to drug awareness looking at legal and illegal drugs How they can effect your health and how to spot the symptoms of drug abuseAlcohol Abuse – How does alcohol affect your health and what constitutes abuse? Looking at myths around alcoholSmoking Cessation – Methods of stopping smoking and staying stopped.Stress Management – Helps identify “what is stress” – What is good and bad stress,. Techniques on self awareness. Building resilience and strategies to cope with stress. This module is available as an in depth 6 week programme to cover a very broad topic.Modules may be delivered separately if required.
