The Weigh to Health programme aims to help people make healthier food choices, become more active and lose weight in a healthy way.
Weigh to Health helps people to develop the skills and confidence to start to make small realistic changes to their eating habits and levels of physical activity. The good news is that it uses a balanced healthy eating approach and people are surprised that they can lose weight but still enjoy their food.
Suitable for anyone over the age of 16 years
The programme is delivered over 6 x 2 hour sessions including a physical activity and “weigh in”.
Total Weight loss for a group in 6 weeks = 5st, 10.5lb
