To introduce new fun ways for exercise and activity in the over 50’s Programme delivery: Suitable for men & women over the age of 50 years Highlighting the importance of keeping active Improving social interactions Delivery venues: supported housing complex; day centres & other community settings Programme activity: Low level/low impact activity over a 6 week programme-participants will have the opportunity to

  • Experience 6 different play/alternative exercise games which improve physical activity levels
  • Experience the benefits of physical activity on health
  • Raising awareness of nutrition in relation to activity levels and exercise
  • Experience a healthy snack each week of the programme.

These programmes are usually delivered to already established groups upon request
